Having had the experience of opening up a grease interceptor at a working restaurant, this video gives me even more respect for the folks that are in the trenches every day trying to keep the FOG at bay. In watching the video I found myself either trying to hold my breath as they zoomed in on an open interceptor or consciously breathing only through my mouth.
